Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Klockren (the "Platform") is operated by Overjet AB ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Sweden, at klockren.se. Overjet AB is the data controller responsible for your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Klockren is currently provided to companies for evaluation. Accounts are provisioned by us, typically one per evaluating company or evaluator.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

We create an account for you and store:

• Email address
• Company or organization name
• A password, which is stored only as a salted hash by our authentication system — we cannot read your password

Sign-in Activity

When you sign in, we record sign-in events for your account — specifically the number of times your account has signed in and the time of the most recent sign-in. We use this to understand how the evaluation is being used. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Feature Requests

If you submit a feature request or feedback through the Platform, we store the text you provide, attributed to your account and company, so that we can review and act on it.

Project Data

We store the projects you create, including 3D building designs, floor plans, and associated metadata.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain your account and the Platform
• Store the projects you create
• Understand evaluation engagement through sign-in activity
• Review and respond to the feature requests you submit
• Respond to support requests and send service or account-related messages
• Keep the Platform secure and prevent abuse

We do not send marketing email and we do not sell or share your data with advertising networks.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored in a self-hosted Supabase instance (a PostgreSQL database and authentication service) that we operate ourselves on servers provided by Hetzner within the European Union. Because this software is self-hosted, your data is not sent to Supabase Inc. or any external analytics provider. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

5. Sub-processors

The Platform runs on software and services that we operate. Our only sub-processor is:

• Hetzner Online GmbH— provides the EU-based servers on which the Platform and database run

We do not use Google, Vercel, or third-party analytics services to operate the Platform.

6. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie:

• Session cookie— required for authentication and to keep you signed in

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Receive a copy of your project data in a portable format
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Sweden, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY)

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If your account is deleted, we will delete your personal data and project data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.

9. Children's Privacy

Klockren is a business product provided to companies and their authorized evaluators. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
